Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We are currently giving all our UK customers FREE SHIPPING, which is a fully tracked Royal Mail Delivery Service. This service is free of charge for all UK addresses*

Orders placed between Friday 3pm, Saturday 3pm, Sunday 3pm will arrive on Tuesday. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day. *Please note that the Channel Islands do not fall under UK delivery but EU shipping. 

*Currently we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

For orders under £250 we charge £10 for postage costs. The good news is that EU customers will receive FREE SHIPPING on baskets over £250.

*Customers ordering from the Republic of South Korea will receive an FTA document with their parcel as standard. However, please be aware that all orders requiring this document will take an additional working day to dispatch.

*Russia: Unfortunately, orders going to Russia can take a little longer to process so please expect a delay of up to 5 working days before we dispatch your parcel.

Please note, we do not deliver to Indonesia, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.

Certain countries may also require other certification or information in order for your order to be delivered, which again may delay your delivery (by approximately 7 days on top of the destination's standard delivery time). If we are unable to obtain the relevant documentation required for your delivery, we may need to cancel your order.

Bianca Elgar Ltd is not VAT registered, so sales are exempt from VAT, or outside the scope of UK VAT charges.

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase only. If the 30 day period has passed we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be returned to us unused in all its original packaging (with the original swing tags), together with purchase receipt or returns card (“Returns Requirements”). Please be aware that returns do not apply to final sale items and gift cards.

Returning an item

If you do decide to return an item for exchange or refund for any reason, please email us at orders@biancaelgar.com or phone us on +44 (0) 207 0432276 to tell us in advance of the item you wish to return or exchange and the reason.  This will help us process your request more quickly.

Please return the items (in accordance with Returns Requirements) to our offices marked:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless there is a fault with the product (subject to returns assessment and shipping costs being commensurate with the price of the delivery method we offer). If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. On receipt of the return we will email to notify you that we have received your item.

 Returns Inspection

On receipt of your item/s we will ensure it/they meet/s the Returns Requirements and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return (and refund amount (in whole or in part)).

We may, in our sole discretion, reject an application for a refund or only make partial refunds where the item/s does not meet Returns Requirements and/or shows obvious signs of use, or is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We will refund you the price you paid for the products and where you have returned the products as a result of a fault (accepted by Us) we will also reimburse the delivery costs. Please be aware it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted/returned to your account. If you are returning a gift  we will provide a credit note to the value of the gift receipt provided.  

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Dispatch times may vary depending on your location.
